We operate across international business environments, global maritime and offshore operations, luxury hospitality, professional sports, and international workforce management. We support organisations across complex, high-performance environments, including workforce strategy, talent acquisition, organisational design, cross-border operations, executive advisory, and workforce restructuring. Our work also includes mediation, executive negotiation, and trade union engagement in complex labour environments requiring structured resolution and alignment between stakeholders.
QUALIFICATIONS & TRAINING
Our foundation is built on internationally recognised academic and professional training, including studies from Cornell University, the University of Cape Town, and the University of Johannesburg. Our academic background includes Business Management, Industrial Psychology, Labour Law, and Organisational Learning & Development, alongside coaching science and performance development. We also hold maritime and offshore safety and operational certifications, including HCCW and other sea-going qualifications relevant to offshore environments.
